Susquehanna is seeking highly motivated full-time students for a 10-week Trading Operations summer internship based at our US Headquarters. This program offers students currently enrolled at universities in Hong Kong or Singapore the opportunity to intern in the US with the intention of long-term placement in our Hong Kong office.

Qualifications

• Penultimate year student expected to graduate by June 2028 from a Hong Kong or Singapore university.
• Strong problem solving and collaboration abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ambitious and goal-oriented with a drive to reach potential.
• Strong numerical and logical reasoning with data-driven approach.
• Curiosity about the finance sector and trading operations.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across trading desks (Options, ETF, Treasury, Equity Finance) to gain hands-on experience.
• Collaborate with traders, engineers and core team on projects at the intersection of trading and technology.
• Support the Trading Operations function and learn how trading ecosystems operate.
