Job summary

Susquehanna International Group is seeking highly motivated full-time students for a 10-week Trading Operations summer internship. Based at our US Headquarters, the program targets students from Hong Kong or Singapore with a view to long-term placement in our Hong Kong office.

You will rotate across trading desks such as Options, ETF, Treasury and Equity Finance, collaborating with traders and technologists to drive meaningful projects and hands-on learning.

Qualifications

• Penultimate-year student with plan to graduate by June 2028 from a Hong Kong or Singapore university.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ambitious and goal-driven; capable of balancing multiple pursuits.
• Strong numerical and logical reasoning; data-informed decision making.
• Curious about finance and trading; eager to learn about markets.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across trading desks (Options, ETF, Treasury, Equity Finance) to gain hands-on experience.
• Collaborate with traders, technologists, and core team to contribute to impactful projects.
• Support day-to-day trading operations and workflow improvements.
