Job summary

Susquehanna International Group in Hong Kong seeks an Operations Technology Analyst to join our Trading Operations team. You will work as a bridge between business needs and Technology, developing solutions across the full lifecycle and shaping AI-enabled architectures from the start.

You will rotate across Trading Operations in APAC, gaining end-to-end exposure to trade lifecycle and collaborating with Operations and Engineering to deliver impactful tech-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related technical field.
• Financial markets or Trading Operations experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and maintain technology solutions for Trading Operations.
• Translate operational problems into technical solutions bridging Operations and Technology teams.
• Use Python, SQL and other technologies to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Contribute to AI-enabled architecture considerations from the outset.
• Participate in full software development lifecycle with sound engineering practices.
• Rotate across Trading Operations to understand the trade lifecycle and business processes.
