Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a seasoned Manager, Information Technology to lead regional IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity and transformation across Asia. You will own enterprise technology architecture, security and resilience, while balancing business priorities and stakeholder needs.

This role oversees MS 365, Azure, networking, storage and end-user computing, plus managed service providers, SOC vendors and partners. Strong leadership and cross-border coordination are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 8–10 years’ experience across IT infrastructure, cloud and cybersecurity.
• Five years’ experience managing enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Experience overseeing outsourced IT operations, MSPs and SOC providers.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain IT architecture, standards and roadmap.
• Lead technology strategy, security governance and risk management.
• Oversee cloud, on-premise infrastructure, backup and DR.
• Manage MSPs, SOC providers and technology partners.
• Own IT budgets, procurement and vendor agreements.
• Drive transformation projects across cloud, AI and automation.
