Job summary

Morgan Mckinley Limited seeks an experienced ERP consultant to lead the deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across finance, supply chain and manufacturing for global clients. You will drive workshops, translate requirements into functional specs, and oversee the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from design to go-live, including data migration and training.

The role requires strong ERP expertise, finance process knowledge, and a proven track record in client-facing projects

Qualifications

• Over 6 years of experience in ERP consulting with Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or NAV.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes and accounting workflows.
• Previous experience in client-facing consulting, implementation, or project delivery roles.
• Experience working with clients or project teams across the United States and Europe.

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders from finance, operations, supply chain and manufacturing.

• Lead the configuration and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across finance, supply chain, and manufacturing areas, including planning, bills of materials, and routings.
• Manage the full implementation lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design through to user acceptance testing, data migration, deployment, and go-live.
• Collaborate with technical teams on system integrations, extensions, custom development, and issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and introduce automation.
• Prepare and deliver user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
• Work with international stakeholders and clients to ensure solutions are aligned with global standards and business practices.
