Job summary

Techforce Group Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced System Analyst (or Solution Architect for more senior candidates) to support a large-scale CRM platform enhancement and modernization program. You will define solution designs, drive system integration, and support implementation across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure-based platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in Azure Cloud Platform and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 application development projects.
• Experience participating in enterprise application implementation or enhancement projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into solution specifications.
• Design scalable and maintainable application solutions across Dynamics 365 and Azure environments.
• Lead solution design workshops and provide technical guidance to development teams.
• Define system integration, data, and application architecture approaches.
