Job summary

Chong Hing Bank Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Counter Service Officer to join our retail banking team. You will handle counter transactions, balance daily activity, and assist customers with enquiries while cross-selling suitable banking products and services.

The ideal candidate has at least secondary education, 1 year of retail banking experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and fluency in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.
