Job summary

Bank of Communications Hong Kong Branch is seeking a Client Services Officer (Corporate Banking) to provide frontline administrative support to the corporate banking business and coordinate with clients to assist the relationship management team.

The role covers handling corporate account opening, remittance, AML procedures, and ensuring daily operations comply with internal controls and regulatory requirements; candidates with more experience may be considered for Assistant Client Services

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year’s experience in corporate banking.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing; bilingual English and Chinese; Putonghua fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the corporate banking business.
• Coordinate with corporate clients and assist relationship management team.
• Handle the corporate account opening, remittance, AML and ensure daily operations compliance.
