Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited invites a seasoned professional to join its Bank-wide Operation Department as a corporate client services specialist. You will deliver end-to-end support to high net worth corporate and FI clients, driving service quality and client advocacy.

In this role, you will coordinate with product teams, conduct client reviews, and ensure adherence to banking regulations. The position requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to service improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above; Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
• Minimum 4 years' corporate client service/relationship management in banking; 2 years in cash management or related areas.
• Management experience or multi-banking operations experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities; Excel macros advantageous.
• Fluent in Chinese and English; Putonghua an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated client contact point for high net worth corporate and FI customers.
• Deliver tailor-made end-to-end services; investigate cases and test systems.
• Advocate for clients to internal teams to ensure best-in-class service.
• Implement and refine banking services; monitor and improve service quality.
• Conduct regular service reviews to identify improvements and opportunities.
• Collaborate with product specialists and relationship managers for client visits and analytics.
• Ensure compliance with Bank policies, banking ordinances and regulations.
