Job summary

Pathos Consultancy Limited in Hong Kong seeks a capable Project Coordinator/PM for core banking implementations and migrations. You will drive end-to-end delivery, maintain plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency maps, aligning with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across business, IT, compliance, and vendors, track budgets and risks, and support governance, testing, cutover, and post-go-live activities to ensure smooth delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on project management or project coordination experience, ideally within banking or core banking delivery.
• Familiarity with core banking platforms (Temenos T24, Finacle, Flexcube) or payments/cards systems is advantageous.
• PM frameworks: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall; governance knowledge and stakeholder management are required.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of core banking projects, including system implementation, migration, upgrade, and integration workstreams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency maps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, operations, IT, compliance, and external vendors.
• Track project progress, budget, and resource utilization; prepare status reports and steering updates.
• Identify, log, and elevate risks, issues, and change requests; support mitigation planning and resolution.
• Facilitate project governance activities including kick-off meetings, weekly status reviews, UAT coordination, and go-live readiness checks.
• Support testing activities (SIT/UAT), defect triage, and cutover planning.
• Assist in change management, training, and post-go-live hypercare to drive user adoption and stabilization.
