Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the transformation of remote banking/customer service centers using fintech to enhance operations. You will gather requirements, prototype solutions, and draft PRDs while driving project delivery across functions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher and experience with remote banking center systems. Strong PM and communication skills, plus fluency in English and Cantonese, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in related disciplines (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields).
• Experience in remote online banking center / contact center systems preferred.
• Ability to create and input requirement prototypes and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
• Excellent project management and communication skills with a goal-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Lead the intelligent transformation of remote banking/customer service centers, empowering operations with fintech.
• Manage requirements for remote banking/customer service systems and convert pain points into business requirements.
• Oversee initiation, promotion, and implementation of remote systems ensuring successful deployment.
• Coordinate training and support related to system functionality for remote centers.
• Continuously iterate and optimize remote banking/customer service systems to improve UX and reduce costs.
