Job summary

Captiare seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a Core Banking Transformation, coordinating across application, infrastructure, operations, security and procurement teams to deliver projects from Mainframe to Open Platform.

The candidate will bring 10+ years of IT project delivery in banking, strong governance, budgeting, risk and stakeholder management, and fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese preferred). The role demands decisive leadership and effective communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project management or project delivery experience within banking or financial services.
• Experience in Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Digital Banking, Lending, or Customer Channels.
• Strong experience in project planning, governance, budget, risk, and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in English and Chinese; Cantonese preferred, Mandarin an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive various IT teams, including application, infrastructure, operations, security and procurement.
• Act as the single accountable party to manage IT projects delivery from Mainframe to Open Platform.
• Oversee project preparation, planning, execution, monitoring and control to meet scope, schedule, cost, resources, and quality targets.
