Captiare seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a Core Banking Transformation, coordinating across application, infrastructure, operations, security and procurement teams to deliver projects from Mainframe to Open Platform.

The candidate will bring 10+ years of IT project delivery in banking, strong governance, budgeting, risk and stakeholder management, and fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese preferred). The role demands decisive leadership and effective communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project management or project delivery experience within banking or financial services.
• Experience in Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Digital Banking, Lending, or Customer Channels.
• Strong experience in project planning, governance, budget, risk, and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in English and Chinese; Cantonese preferred, Mandarin an advantage.

Suitable candidate is responsible for performing project management functions, including project preparation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, which covers the related areas in scope, schedule, cost, resources, quality, communication, security, procurement and stakeholders, in order to achieve the project objectives within the given constraints and aligning with system development standards.

• Proven track record of delivering technology, digital, or enterprise application projects end-to-end.
• Strong experience in project planning, governance, budget, risk, and stakeholder management.
• Solid knowledge of SDLC and Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Chinese; Cantonese preferred, Mandarin an advantage.
