Job summary

ConnectedGroup Limited is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead initiatives across digital transformation in the Hong Kong market. The role involves managing full lifecycle projects, aligning with sponsors, and presenting program updates to PMOs.

You will coordinate with Finance, Risk & Compliance, Information Security, and Legal reviews while guiding vendor and offshore teams. Strong stakeholder relationships and agile experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5-8 years' experience in consulting, business operations, or project management; financial services experience preferred.
• Experience delivering complex change projects in banking, especially digital or emerging-technology initiatives.
• Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and understand business objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to drive delivery across diverse teams and workstreams.
• Innovative, proactive problem-solver with practical solutions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage small and large-scale projects across the Digital Transformation program throughout their full lifecycle.
• Partner with project sponsors and stakeholders to develop business cases for approval.
• Work with the Senior Program Manager to prepare program updates and present.
• Guide project managers and teams through Finance, Risk & Compliance, Information Security, and Legal reviews and approvals.
• Prepare project reports for Group and local Hong Kong PMOs.
• Coordinate vendor sourcing, including RFP development, Statements of Work, reviews, and sign-offs.
• Oversee vendor and offshore delivery teams, coordinating with internal IT functions.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and potential delivery issues early, and drive appropriate mitigation plans.
• Manage changing business and technical requirements by recommending practical solutions and contingencies.
• Maintain high standards of analysis, detail, and delivery quality, while continually improving project practices.
• Support stakeholders across new digital business initiatives.
