Job summary

Bank of China (Malaysia) Berhad is seeking a Contract Staff to support the Human Resources shared services function in Hong Kong. The role covers end-to-end monthly reporting, data entry and data analysis, and participation in various projects and assignments.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Studies or related disciplines, with 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in life insurance. Strong communication and bilingual skills in English and Chinese are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business Studies, Social Science, Translation or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in life insurance.
• Self-motivated, quick learner, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Warm and approachable, excellent customer services and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, knowledge of Chinese word processing is critical.
• Proficient in both Chinese and English business correspondence writing.

Job Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for providing shared service support, including end to end monthly reporting (from data entry to data analysis) and assist with various projects and assignments.

Job Requirements:
