BOC Group Life Assurance Company Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support shared service reporting, handling end-to-end monthly reporting from data entry to data analysis, and assist with various projects. The ideal candidate holds a degree and has practical experience in life insurance, with strong MS Office and bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English.

We offer a 5-day work week and opportunities for training and development in a dynamic team environment.

Competenze

• Degree holder, preferably in Business Studies, Social Science, Translation or relevant disciplines.
• At least 3 years or above relevant experience, preferably in life insurance industry
• Self-motivated, quick learner, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Warm and approachable, excellent customer services and communication skills
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, knowledge of Chinese word processing is critical
• Proficient in both Chinese and English business correspondence writing

The incumbent will be responsible for providing shared service support, including end to end monthly reporting (from data entry to data analysis) and assist with various projects and assignments.

Job Requirements:
