Job summary

BOC Group Life Assurance Company Limited is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our shared services team. You will handle end-to-end monthly reporting from data entry to analysis, and contribute to various projects.

The role requires a degree in a related field, at least 3 years of experience in life insurance, strong MS Office skills, and fluent written Chinese and English. We offer a 5-day work week and a strong training program.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business Studies, Social Science, Translation or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in life insurance.
• Self-motivated, quick learner, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure.
• Warm, approachable with excellent customer service and communication.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel; knowledge of Chinese word processing is essential.
• Proficient in both Chinese and English business correspondence writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide shared service support including end-to-end monthly reporting (data entry to data analysis).
• Assist with various projects and assignments.
