Job summary

China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited is seeking an HR professional to provide all-round support across recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, employee relations and HR administration in Hong Kong. Responsibilities include preparing HR reports and dashboards, drafting policies and procedures, maintaining HR systems and employee records, and supporting ad hoc HR projects.

A bachelor degree in HR and at least 2 years of experience are preferred; strong English and Chinese

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines.
• 2 years or above relevant working experience in Human Resources is highly preferred.
• Experience in social recruiting is a plus.
• Good knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and business writing skills.

Responsibilities
