Job summary

BOC Group Life Assurance Company Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support shared service reporting, handling end-to-end monthly reporting from data entry to data analysis, and assist with various projects. The ideal candidate holds a degree and has practical experience in life insurance, with strong MS Office and bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English.

Qualifications

• Degree holder, preferably in Business Studies, Social Science, Translation or relevant disciplines.
• At least 3 years or above relevant experience, preferably in life insurance industry
• Self-motivated, quick learner, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Warm and approachable, excellent customer services and communication skills
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, knowledge of Chinese word processing is critical
• Proficient in both Chinese and English business correspondence writing

Responsibilities

• Provide end to end monthly reporting (data entry to data analysis) and assist with various projects and assignments.
• Support shared service operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting.
