Job summary

Links International in Hong Kong is seeking a Contract Operations Assistant to support the daily operations of a Swiss private bank. You will help handle multiple business activities and ensure accurate processing of core settlements, reconciliations, and related transactions.

You will also support external asset manager transactions, provide client service for investment and insurance products, and assist relationship managers with required information and documents, liaising with insurance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred in financial institution.
• Highly self-motivated with good attention to details.
• Working-level proficiency in English and Chinese.
• Knowledge of Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure different business activities related to the daily work of the Operations team.
