Job summary

Links International in Hong Kong is seeking a Contract Operations Assistant to support the daily operations of a Swiss private bank. You will help handle multiple business activities and ensure accurate processing of core settlements, reconciliations, and related transactions.

You will also support external asset manager transactions, provide client service for investment and insurance products, and assist relationship managers with required information and documents, liaising with insurance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred in financial institution.
• Highly self-motivated with good attention to details.
• Working-level proficiency in English and Chinese.
• Knowledge of Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure different business activities related to the daily work of the Operations team.
• Execute and book all transactions related to booking center activity.
• Execute and follow of all transactions related to external asset manager activity.
• Providing full client service and support on investment and insurance products.
• Provide support to Relationship managers providing them with the necessary information or documents.
• Processing insurance product brokerage business operation and having liaison with Insurance Companies.
• Follow-up of cases and liaise with financial institutions.
