Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Contract Assistant in Private Banking (Client Relationship Management) to plan and drive project delivery supporting sales growth. You will help implement monitoring procedures to ensure compliance with internal rules and regulatory requirements, while working with relationship managers and operations to resolve day-to-day issues.

The role requires a Higher Diploma or above and experience in banking, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese

• Support the implementation and execution of monitoring procedures, checklists and controls to maintain compliance with internal policies, trade rules and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with relationship managers, operations, compliance, risk, and technology terms to resolve day-to-day platform-related issues and support ad-hoc projects
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and records for management review
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and suggesting enhancements for operational efficiency and risk mitigation

Requirements:

• Proficient in general computer applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel) and Chinese input methods
