Job summary

Links International in Hong Kong is seeking a Settlement Associate for a Swiss private bank on a two-year contract. You will handle daily settlement tasks, reconcile trades, and ensure accurate booking center activity while supporting the operations team.

You will provide full client service on investment and insurance products, assist Relationship Managers with information and documents, and liaise with external asset managers and insurance companies to processing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred in financial institution
• Highly self-motivated with good attention to detail
• Knowledge of Excel is preferred
• Working-level proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese

Responsibilities

• Ensure different business activities related to the daily work of the Operations team
• Execute and book all transactions related to booking center activity (e.g. settlements, reconciliation, etc.)
• Execute and follow of all transactions related to external asset manager activity
• Providing full client service and support on investment and insurance products
• Provide support to Relationship managers providing them with the necessary information or documents
• Processing insurance product brokerage business operation and having liaison with Insurance Companies
• Follow-up of cases and liaise with financial institutions
