Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited seeks an IT Server Administrator to maintain Hongkong Post server infrastructure across HKP offices. You will manage Linux/Windows servers, patch with SCCM, monitor health, and coordinate with server, database, and application teams on-site.

Candidates should know VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, ManageEngine, Symantec SEP, Veeam, and Active Directory. Proficiency in Chinese and English is required; regular hours with occasional on-call work apply.

Qualifications

Solid knowledge and good technical skill in Linux, Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V).
Experience with SCCM, Veeam, ManageEngine, and SEP.
Fluent Chinese and English communication.

Responsibilities

Provide on-going system maintenance support to servers across HKP offices.
Patch Windows & software via SCCM; monitor health and performance.
Coordinate with server, database, and application teams for provisioning and maintenance.
Assist sourcing of IT equipment and procurement specifications.
Provide first-line and second-line on-site/ standby support.
