Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Contract Analyst Programmer to support TMIS2, PMIS and MPFPNS systems. You will implement enterprise AI modules and collaborate across teams to design, develop and deploy solutions.

Mandatory Java experience including JavaServer Faces, MySQL and Oracle RDBMS; JBoss Application Server exposure; mobile/wireless capability is desirable. Cantonese and English are required; normal office hours in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent is required.
• At least 4 years' post-qualification IT application development experience, with at least 1 year in a similar post.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in JAVA Programming, 2 years in JavaServer Faces, MySQL, Oracle RDBMS and JBoss.

Responsibilities

• Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the department.
• Support and maintain TMIS2, PMIS and MPFPNS;
• Implement and deploy enterprise AI applications/workspaces;
• Collaborate with users and teams to design, develop, and implement solutions.
• Investigate issues or raise bug tickets;
• Provide support services;
• Deliver briefing/training;
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Contract Analyst Programmer (C40952) - JSF, JBoss, MySQL Oracle, mobile

Transport Management Information System 2 (TMIS2):

TMIS2 is a web-based application to support the day-to-day operations of various depot on resources allocation, vehicle deployment and vehicle maintenance.

Prosecution Management Information System (PMIS):

PMIS is a web-based application which serves as a tool for improving operation effectiveness and efficiency of handling prosecution cases.

Mobile Printing of Fixed Penalty Notice System (MPFPNS):

MPFPNS is a mobile app to support Fixed Penalty Notices can be electronically input and print out by a mobile printer to the offender at the offence location.

AI module for Water Seepage Case Management System (AI-WSCMS2):

The AI module for WSCMS2 is an AI agent application to perform AI-driven case assignment to officer and establish real time data analytics platform with role-based dashboards with different access rights and functions among specific users.

Duties:

Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the department;

To support and maintain TMIS2, PMIS and MPFPNS;

To implement and deploy enterprise agentic AI application or agentic AI workspaces;

To collaborate with users and other teams to design, develop, and implement solutions;

To investigate issues or raise bug tickets;

To provide support services;

To conduct of briefing/training;

To perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

Working hours: Normal office hours

Working location: FEHD offices in Hong Kong SAR

Language required: Cantonese and English

On call duty: Not required

Technical Skill (Mandatory):

JAVA Programming (48 months)

JavaServer Faces (24 months)

MySQL (24 months)

Mobile / Wireless Communication (12 months)

Oracle RDBMS (24 months);

JBoss Application Server (24 months)

Technical Skill (Optional):

Experience on any of the following aspects would be advantage:

Open WebUI, Dify, n8n or RAGFlow

Qwen, DeepSeek, or other LLMs

RAG, vector databases or knowledge management

AI agents

Non-Technical Skill (Mandatory):

At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in IT application development which at least 1 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.

Technical Skills:

At least 4 years' experience in JAVA Programming;

At least 2 years' experience in JavaServer Faces;

At least 2 years' experience in MySQL;

At least 2 years' experience in JBoss Application Server;

At least 2 years' experience in Oracle RDBMS;

At least 1 year's experience in Mobile / Wireless Communication.

At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
