Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an IT professional to support the HKPF intranet and related systems. You will design web pages, program features, test fixes, and manage ongoing maintenance and enhancements.

The role requires at least 6 years total post-qualification experience with 3+ years in a similar post; security vetting is mandatory, and mobile web design experience is a plus. This is a full-time contract based in Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher diploma in Computer Science or IT.
• Total post-qualification experience: at least 6 years, with at least 3 years in a similar post.
• Experience in webpage design, programming and testing of websites and applications.
• Experience in maintenance and support of websites and web applications.
• Experience in mobile web design and implementation is preferable.
• Security vetting is required.

Project Nature (T26) System Maintenance and Support for the Intranet and its Associated Systems/Applications of HKPF

Duties

• Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HKPF;
• Responsible for providing system support and implementing minor enhancements on the Intranet and its associated systems/applications such as the Web Content Management System
• Responsible for website page design
• Responsible for performing programming works, testing of bug fixes, implementing enhancements, and fulfilling ad-hoc requests related to the Intranet and its associated systems/applications

Requirements

• Experience in webpage design, programming and testing of websites and applications
• Experience in maintenance support of websites and web applications
• Experience in mobile web design and implementation is preferable
• Security vetting is required

Technical Skills

• At least 3 years' experience in Internet/ Intranet (INT);
• At least 3 years' experience in Web Hosting, Design and Maintenance (WED);
• At least 2 years' experience in Adobe Photoshop (APH);
• 2 years' experience in HTML5 (HT5) is an advantage;
• 2 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB) is an advantage.

Non-technical Skills

• 2 years' experience in customer service (CLS) is an advantage;
• 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage;
• 2 years' experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT) is an advantage;
• 2 years' experience in IT procurement (PRO) is an advantage.

• Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
• At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
