Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited is recruiting for CSA positions to handle the technical assessment, design, development, testing and nursing of the CorpID Platform to be launched for production by end 2026.

The role involves assisting in technical assessment, development and testing, preparing documentation for bureaux/departments and external parties, and coordinating with government units for setup and testing (e.g., iAM Smart). Strong English and Putonghua needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
• At least 4 years post-qualification experience, with 1 year in a similar post.
• Solid experience in business analysis and client liaison work.
• Hands-on experience in development of mobile apps, web applications and RESTful APIs.
• Good command of English with strong writing skills.
• Knowledge and experience in supporting users on system integration.

Responsibilities

Job description

These are the CSA positions responsible for technical assessment, design, development, testing and nursing of the Digital Corporate Identity (CorpID) Platform to be launched for production by end 2026.

Duties:

Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the department;

To assist in the technical assessment, development and testing of the CorpID Platform;

To provide facilitation and prepare documentations to bureaux/departments and external parties for their e-Services or applications to support the use of the digital corporate identity;

To co-ordinate with different government bureaux/departments and support teams for the setup and testing with the CorpID Platform such as iAM Smart.

To carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

The candidate is required to:

Possess solid experience in business analyst and client liaison work;

Possess strong sense of analytical and problem-solving skills;

Possess hands on working experience of development of mobile app, web application and RESTful APIs;

Possess good command of English and good English writing skills; and

Possess knowledge and experience in supporting users on system integration.

Criminal record verification by the Hong Kong Police Force is required.

Technical Skills:

At least 4 years' experience in JAVA Programming;

At least 4 years' experience in HTML5;

At least 2 years' experience in Cryptography;

At least 2 years' experience in Linux System Administration;

At least 2 years' experience in Unix/Linux Shell Scripting;

2 years' experience in IT Security is an advantage.

Non-technical Skills:

Good spoken English is a must;

Good Putonghua is a must;

Good written English is a must;

At least 2 years' experience in presentation;

At least 2 years' experience in vendor management.

Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;

At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
