Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a contract IT professional to support FEHD system development, maintenance and AI-enabled tools in Hong Kong SAR. You will perform coding, testing, documentation, and procurement tasks as part of a three-month assignment.

Requirements include 3+ years IT experience (1+ in a similar post), Cantonese and English language skills, and normal office hours at FEHD offices. Interview and written tests are part of the process.

Qualifications

• At least three years post-qualification IT experience, with one year in a similar post.
• Working hours: normal office hours.
• Working location: FEHD offices in Hong Kong SAR.
• Languages: Cantonese and English.

• Desirable: knowledge of AI-enabled applications and AI coding tools/LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing maintenance and enhancement on existing IT systems.
• Perform coding, derive test plans and conduct unit tests.
• Conduct system testing and assist users with UAT.
• Prepare and maintain IT system documentation.
• Assist in procurement of hardware, software and related services.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by senior officers.

Duties

• Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the FEHD;
• (a) To perform on-going maintenance support and enhancement on existing IT systems.
• (b) To perform coding, derive test plan and carry out unit test.
• (c) To conduct system testing and assist user to perform user acceptance test.
• (d) To prepare and maintain documentation of IT systems.
• (e) To assist in procurement of hardware, software and related services.
• (f) To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.

Requirements

• Years of IT Experience: At least three (3) years' post-qualification IT experience of which one (1) year must be in a similar post and in a comparable capacity

• Interview: Required
• Written test: Required
• Others: Knowledge and experience in building applications that incorporate AI capabilities; and utilizing AI coding tools and LLM agents to accelerate development, automate code generation and improve code quality, are desirable

Technical Skills:
