Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited is recruiting for a full-time developer to support FEHD systems under a T26 contract. You will build and maintain web applications using .NET, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery, while applying OOP and MVC/MVVM patterns. You will participate in testing, code optimisation, and documentation.

You should have 3+ years total IT experience (1+ year in a similar role), be comfortable with Cantonese and English, and be prepared for an interview and a written test.

Qualifications

• Hands-on web app development using .NET, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3.
• Strong OOP, UI/UX design principles, and MVC/MVVM patterns.
• 3+ years post-qualification IT exp; at least 1 year in a similar post.
• Work in FEHD offices; Cantonese and English required; interview and written test.

Duties

• Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the FEHD;
• To develop application programs and enhance/maintain existing systems;
• To conduct unit testing and system integration testing, and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT);
• To perform code optimisation and application performance tuning;
• To prepare and maintain technical specifications, program documentation, and user guides;
• To assist in preparing documentation for system enhancements; and
• To troubleshoot reported application issues and address user inquiries.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in web application development using .NET, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3; and
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), UI/UX design principles, and design patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM);
• Years of IT Experience: At least three (3) years' post-qualification IT experience of which one (1) year must be in a similar post and in a comparable capacity
