Responsibilities

• Perform system analysis and design work for enhancement items and develop programs for IT application systems.
• Provide technical support to operation and maintenance of IT application systems, and be willing to work after office hours if needed.
• Leverage AI tools to improve work efficiency, enhance data analysis and support decision making.
• Research and apply emerging technologies (AI tools, modern frameworks) to enhance development, automation, and performance of web-based learning systems.
• Possess knowledge in developing AI/ML applications with Python, SQL, relational databases, with exposure to AI orchestration tools and Docker.

Project Nature (T26) Development and maintenance of IT application systems in EDB.

Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the EDB;

• (a) To assist in the development and maintenance of IT applications, including system analysis, programming, system testing, acceptance testing, documentation and ongoing support;
• (b) To perform system analysis and design work for enhancement items and to develop programs for IT application systems;
• (c) To provide technical support to the operation and maintenance of IT application systems, and be willing to work after office hours if needed;
• (d) To leverage artificial intelligence (AI) tools to improve work efficiency, enhance data analysis and support decision making to meet departmental operational needs;
• (e) To research and apply emerging technologies (including AI tools and modern programming frameworks) to enhance the development, automation, and performance of web based learning systems; and
• (f) To possess good knowledge and proficiency in developing AI or machine learning applications with Python, web programming, structured data query tools and relational databases (SQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL), with exposure in AI orchestration tools (e.g., Dify, n8n, LangChain, LlamaIndex), RAG, vector databases, LLM APIs, AI agents, and deployment using Docker and Git will be an advantage.
