Responsibilities

• Support CMMP implementation, testing and maintenance.
• Contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time.
• Provide administration and support for Email systems (Lotus Notes) and CMMP.
• Administer and maintain WSD websites and intranet.
• Provide general IT support for users, email, file servers, and websites.
• Support File Server (NAS) administration.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Project Nature (T26) To assist the project management, implementation and maintenance for Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP) in WSD.

Duties

• Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the WSD;
• To conduct or work with IT contractors in implementation, testing and system nursing for CMMP.
• To support administration of Email (Lotus Notes, Confidential Mail and CMMP) system.
• To administer, update, support and maintain WSD's internet and intranet websites.
• To provide general IT support to user in WSD including email systems, file servers and websites.
• To support administration of File Server (NAS) system.
• To undertake any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Solid experience in CMMP implementation and Lotus Notes supporting .
• Solid experience in file servers and websites support and maintenance.
• Technical Skills:
• . At least 2 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM);
• . At least 2 years' experience in Confidential Mail System (CMS);
• . At least 2 years' experience in Lotus Notes Application Development (LNA);
• . At least 2 years' experience in Lotus Notes Mail Admin. & Technical Support (LNM);
• . At least 6 months' experience in Website Administration (WEA);
• . 2 years' experience in Storage Area Network (SAN) is an advantage.
• Non-technical Skills:
• . Good coordination skills is a must;
• . At least 2 years' experience in project management (PRM);
• . At least 2 years' experience in quality assurance (QAS).
