Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Contract Systems Analyst to support and maintain Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP) email systems and archives. The role requires hands-on experience with CMS and Lotus Notes, plus strong user-support skills.

You will liaise with contractors, ensure timely issue resolution, and handle on-call duties beyond normal hours. The position is a contract assignment with a 3-month term in Sheung Wan, central Hong Kong, starting early November.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
• At least 3 years’ experience in user support on CMMP.
• At least 5 years’ experience with Confidential Mail System (CMS).
• Experience in Lotus Notes Administration & Technical Support (LON).
• Experience with Windows 7/8/10 and Windows Server 2008/2012.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for email systems including CMMP and CMMP-related archives.
• Maintain and support email applications and perform user support tasks.
• Coordinate with contractors and maintenance teams to troubleshoot email system issues.
• Perform maintenance tasks outside office hours and be on-call during weekends/public holidays when required.

Project Nature (T26)

• (a) Maintenance and support of the email systems including confidential email applications on PCs, smartphones and tablets; and
• (b) Maintenance and support of the online email archive system for Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP)

Duties

Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DOJ;

• (a) Perform technical support for email systems including online email archive system for CMMP;
• (b) Perform email applications maintenance and user support;
• (c) Liaise with contractors and other maintenance teams for troubleshooting of technical problems on email systems; and
• (d) Perform maintenance tasks outside office hours and on-call duty during weekends and public holidays when required.

Requirements
