Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Contract Systems Analyst for a 3-month assignment to develop and maintain IT application systems for EDB, based in Shatin/Wan Chai. You will work on requirement studies, designs, development, implementation, and ongoing system support.

You should have at least 6 years' post-qualification IT experience, including 3 years in system analysis, with strong ADM, SQL, Web, and Microsoft technologies. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years' post-qualification IT experience, including 3 years in system analyst role.
• 3+ years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM).
• 3+ years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL).
• 3+ years' experience in Website Administration (WEA).
• 3+ years' experience in Web Programming (WEB).
• 3 years' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA) is an advantage.
• 3 years' experience in Microsoft Internet Information Services (MIS) is an advantage.
• 3 years' experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS) is an advantage.
• 3 years' experience in .NET C# (NEC) is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Carry out requirement study, system analysis and design, development, implementation, and maintenance for IT systems and websites.
• Prepare system and project documentation, and perform project coordination and system implementation.
• Provide technical consultation services on in-house projects and outsourcing projects.
• Assist the project manager in project management, system implementation, system administration, and maintenance for in-house projects.
• Coordinate Security Risk Assessment & Audit (SRAA) for IT systems/websites and work with SRAA contractors.
• Work with ITMD support teams, contractor Helpdesks, and schools to provide support to IT systems.
• Provide training, technical support and advice to users of IT systems and IT activities; willing to work after office hours if needed.

Project Nature (T26) Development and maintenance of IT application systems in EDB.

Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the EDB;

• (a) To carry out requirement study, system analysis and design, development, implementation, and maintenance for IT systems and websites;
• (b) To prepare system and project documentation, and to perform project coordination and system implementation;
• (c) To provide technical consultation services on in-house projects and outsourcing projects;
• (d) To assist the project manager in project management, system implementation, system administration, and maintenance for in-house projects;

Requirements (a) At least 6 years' post-qualification IT experience of which 3 years IT application system development/support experience in system analyst role;

Technical Skills:

• At least 3 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM);
• At least 3 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL);
• At least 3 years' experience in Website Administration (WEA);
• At least 3 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB);
• 3 years' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA) is an advantage;
