Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited is recruiting a Contract Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 61432-1) to support the DOJ on a 3-month contract, starting 01 Nov 2026 with base in Central/Sheung Wan. The role covers planning and managing IT upgrade projects, assisting feasibility studies, system analysis and design, procurement and implementation of new IT systems, and maintaining email and portal systems.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years' experience in supporting Lotus Notes/Domino email system.
• At least 5 years' experience in supporting Windows servers and Linux platform.
• At least 5 years' experience in upgrading Departmental Portal system.
• At least 5 years' experience in supporting Confidential Mail System.
• At least 4 years' experience in supporting document management system.
• At least 3 years' experience in user support on CMMP.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage upgrade projects and system administration for IT systems.
• Assist project manager in technical feasibility study, systems analysis and design, procurement and implementation of new IT systems.
• Manage and execute project implementation and maintenance support of email systems.
• Monitor and manage IT Inventory.
• Coordinate with application teams, helpdesk and end-users for project implementation and system maintenance works.
• Plan and conduct maintenance support tasks for DP, electronic fax system and DMS.
• Perform other duties including on-call during non-office hours as required.

Project Nature (T26)

• (a) Plan and manage IT system and application upgrade projects and system administration; and
• (b) Assist project manager in technical feasibility study, systems analysis and design, procurement and implementation of new IT systems.

Duties

Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DOJ;

• (a) Plan and manage upgrade projects and system administration for IT systems;
• (b) Assist project manager in technical feasibility study, systems analysis and design, procurement and implementation of new IT systems;
• (c) Manage and execute project implementation and maintenance support of email systems;
• (d) Monitor and manage IT Inventory;
• (e) Co-ordinate with application teams, helpdesk and end-users for project implementation and system maintenance works;
• (f) Plan and conduct maintenance support tasks for Departmental Portal (DP), electronic fax system and Document Management(DM) system; and
• (g) Perform any other duties (e.g. on-call duties during non-office hours, weekends and public holidays) may be required from time to time relevant to the implementation and support of DoJ's IT systems.

Requirements

Candidates must possess:

• (a) At least 6 years' experience in supporting Lotus Notes/Domino email system;
• (b) At least 5 years' experience in supporting Microsoft Windows servers and Linux platform;
• (c) At least 5 years' experience in supporting and managing upgrade of Departmental Portal system;
• (d) At least 5 years' experience in supporting Confidential Mail System;
• (e) At least 4 years' experience in supporting document management system;
• (f) At least 3 years' experience in user support on Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP)

Optional:

Holder of the following qualification is a plus:

• i) Microsoft Certified System Engineer; or
• ii) IBM Certified System Administrator Lotus Notes and Domino

The successful candidate may need to work in different offices of the Department at various locations including Sheung Wan and Central.

Technical Skills

• At least 6 years' experience in Lotus Notes Administration & Technical Support (LON);
• At least 5 years' experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12);
• At least 5 years' experience in Linux System Administration (LIN);
• At least 5 years' experience in Confidential Mail System (CMS);
• At least 5 years' experience in Departmental Portal (DPS);
• At least 4 years' experience in IT Planning (ITP);
• At least 4 years' experience in Document Management System (DMS);
• 3 years' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA) is an advantage.

Non-technical Skills

• At least 5 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
• Good spoken English is a must;
• Good written English is a must;
• Good coordination skills is a must.

- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;

- At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 6 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
