Wheelock Properties (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (Structural) to join our development team in Hong Kong. You will assist in planning, execution and construction supervision of large-scale projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget targets are met while maintaining safety standards.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Structural Engineering, 6 years of project management experience on high-end residential or commercial developments, and is fluent in English

Competenze

• Degree in Structural Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience overseeing large-scale developments from inception to completion.
• Experience in high-end residential/commercial projects preferred.
• Conversant with local government regulations.
• Self-motivated and a team player with good leadership and communication skills.

Requirements:
