Job summary

The Foreign Correspondents' Club, Hong Kong, is seeking an experienced kitchen professional to join our banquet/restaurant team. You will follow up daily kitchen operations, verify temperatures and presentation, and implement controls to minimize waste while maintaining cleanliness and safety in a busy kitchen.

Requirements include at least 2 years in hotel/club/hospitality, Indian cuisine experience, and strong English and Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in hotel/ club/ hospitality industry.
• Experience in Indian Cuisine is a must.
• Self-motivated, dependable and detail-oriented.
• Able and willing to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• A good team player with strong communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Immediate availability will be an advantage.
