Qualifications

3+ years of experience in solution design, architecture, backend development, delivery, or operations for large-scale internet apps.
Hands-on experience in cloud applications with cloud-native, big data, databases, networking, or middleware.
Strong in architecture, solution design, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Monitor and resolve customer technical issues and analyze business needs.
Guide cloud product selection and optimize security, cost, and performance.
Deliver customized technical assurance programs and roadmaps.
Support workload migration to the cloud through architecture design and data governance.
Build strong customer relationships and drive engagement strategies.
