Job summary

Amazon Web Services Hong Kong Limited seeks a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for CMHK Enterprise Support to guide customers through architecture, operations, and best practices for GenAI and AI/ML workloads. You will serve as the primary technical advisor for startups to Fortune 500 enterprises, across this dynamic Hong Kong market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with three of: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in distributed systems.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact for Enterprise Support customers, building trusted advisor relationships.
• Provide strategic technical guidance across the full cloud adoption lifecycle from migration planning to operational optimization.
• Make recommendations on how AWS offerings (GenAI, AI/ML) fit into customer strategy and architecture.
• Present periodic reviews of operational performance to customers.
• Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, and prelaunch planning.
• Champion customer requirements within AWS and advocate for improvements.
• Participate in customer meetings (onsite or remote) with regular engagement cadence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver holistic support.
• Available for non-business hours support for urgent issues and critical events.
