Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a clinic or healthcare environment.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience with medical pre-approval processes, direct billing, and local insurance claim submissions.

Aufgaben

• Patient Communication & Front Desk Management: serve as the primary contact for telephone inquiries, schedule appointments, and manage patient bookings with excellent customer service etiquette.
• Insurance & Pre-Approval Management: handle insurance verification, claims processing, and pre-approval procedures with major health insurance providers.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and patients to ensure timely coverage authorization prior to procedures/appointments.
• General Clinic Administration: assist doctors and healthcare staff with daily operational support and administrative tasks; handle billing, payment collections, and medical receipt issuing accurately.
