Job summary

Good Wish is seeking a Management Trainee for Financial Services and Business Development in Hong Kong. The program offers exposure to client management, financial planning, business development and team operations with structured training and mentorship.

Fresh graduates and early-career professionals are welcome, including those from banking or client-facing backgrounds. The role requires full working rights in Hong Kong and a willingness to learn in a dynamic, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Five HKDSE subjects with Level 2/Grade E or above.
• Degree in any discipline is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with banking/financial services or client-facing experience are encouraged.
• TTPS and IANG candidates with valid HK working eligibility will be considered.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Self-motivated, responsible and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients' financial objectives and assist in developing suitable financial planning solutions.
• Support client portfolio reviews and follow up on changing financial needs.
• Conduct market and product research to support client discussions.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Participate in client development and business development activities.
• Work closely with senior team members on client servicing and business planning.
• Participate in professional, management and leadership development training.
