Job summary

SGS Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Customer Service Executive with merchandiser welcome to handle enquiries, instructions, and complaints with timely investigation and corrective action. The role involves preparing proposals and quotations while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will work closely with frontline teams and laboratory staff to ensure projects proceed smoothly and meet requirements, communicating in English and Chinese including Mandarin.

Qualifications

• High Diploma or above in any subjects, with testing laboratory or merchandiser background is an advantage.
• At least 3 years’ experience in customer services; more experiences will be considered as Senior Customer Service Executive.
• Good communication skill, outgoing and initiative.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries, client instruction, complaints with investigation and providing corrective action plan in timely manner
• Prepare proposal, quotation for the customer
• Provide excellent customer services and maintain good relationship with clients
• Work closely and provide the relevant support on key customers’ request with Frontline
• Communicate with laboratory staff on special sample handling and test requirements, etc to ensure projects proceed in a satisfactory manner
