Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a motivated logistics customer operations professional to act as the main contact for corporate accounts, coordinating daily service inquiries, shipping requests, and quotes. You will monitor international cargo end-to-end and provide proactive status updates to clients.

The role requires about 2 years of customer service experience in logistics or e-commerce supply chain, and strong English and Chinese communication skills (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• About 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or e-commerce supply chain.
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for corporate accounts, handling daily service inquiries, shipping requests and quotes.
• Monitor international cargo and parcels end-to-end and provide proactive status updates to clients.
• Troubleshoot transit delays, customs holds, or shipping errors quickly.
• Coordinate with internal warehouse teams and overseas hubs to ensure timely delivery.
