Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a large-scale product, platform, service, or proposition within a complex global organisation.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to evaluate investment decisions and build business cases.
• Experience owning both operational (run) and transformation (change) responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the value stream strategy, objectives, and roadmap in alignment with business priorities.
• Own and prioritise the initiative backlog, making investment and sequencing decisions based on business value and delivery capacity.
• Lead quarterly planning activities and coordinate delivery across multiple teams and release trains.
• Manage value stream budgets, resource allocation, and headcount planning.
• Drive operational excellence by balancing service stability, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track and report business outcomes using meaningful performance metrics.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders across business, operations, and technology functions.
• Develop and lead high-performing teams while fostering accountability, collaboration, and a client-centric culture.
