Job summary

State Street Hong Kong is seeking a Client Service Manager to act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, coordinating with subject-matter experts across locations to ensure seamless service delivery. You will manage reviews, drive client satisfaction, and coordinate change requests while maintaining strong governance and risk controls.

The role requires 5-8 years in asset servicing, fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin), and the ability to communicate effectively

Qualifications

• University graduate.
• 5-8 years of asset servicing experience in custody / fund accounting / fund administration.
• Strong English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) language fluency.
• Excellent verbal & written communication, interpersonal, analytical and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work effectively and autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary client contact point for State Street’s services on the assigned clients.
• Deliver highly valued services and solutions to clients to ensure quality services and range of offerings.
• Manage client relationships and service delivery, respond to escalated issues and communicate resolutions.
• Coordinate client reviews and due diligence, and support change requests and projects.
