Job summary

State Street Hong Kong is seeking a senior leader to direct the Transfer Agency department, shaping strategy, change initiatives and risk controls. You will set performance targets and manage resources while strengthening client relationships.

You will work with Risk, Compliance and Audit teams to ensure regulatory alignment, drive continuous improvement and mentor staff toward operational excellence. This role requires 8-10 years in a similar environment with at least 3-4 years in management.

Qualifications

• Excellent administrative, organisational and business support skills.
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Possess excellent organisational, planning and co-ordination skills.
• Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines.
• Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comprehensive procedural, technical and product knowledge of Transfer Agency with Funds Industry context.
• Typically 8–10 years in a similar environment including 3–4 years in a management capacity.
