Job summary

State Street Hong Kong seeks a Client Service Manager to act as the primary liaison for a portfolio of clients. You will connect clients with experts across locations, own the overall client experience, and lead a team to ensure service excellence and timely issue resolution.

You will manage client reviews, coordinate change requests, and drive continuous improvement across governance and delivery. Strong leadership and bilingual communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and client management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of asset servicing and financial products.
• Experience coordinating multi-location teams and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage clients to retain and improve satisfaction scores.
• Lead regular client reviews and coordinate responses to change requests.
• Deliver best practice sharing sessions and client product trainings.
• Maintain transparent communication of activities, priorities and outcomes.
• Leverage client feedback to drive action plans and relationship strength.
• Conduct due diligence sessions and prepare presentation materials.
• Hold service level meetings with KPI information and dashboards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet evolving client requirements.
• Drive transformation initiatives impacting client interactions and processes.
• Stay updated on technology, product, and process changes affecting clients.
