Louis Vuitton is seeking a Client Services Advisor for its Client Services Centre. You will be an ambassador of the Brand, guiding Clients with a luxury, knowledge-driven approach and delivering world-class service in a dynamic call center environment.

You will proactively build relationships, handle queries confidently, and contribute to sales and KPI targets while coordinating with Stores to satisfy guest needs. Flexible shifts including nights and weekends are required.

Qualificações

• 2+ years experience in customer services or luxury retail; fresh graduates welcomed.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Strong interpersonal and guest-oriented selling skills.

About The Job

As a Client Services Advisor of our Client Services Centre, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise. You will strive to discover your Clients and their every need, and to guide them across the Brand.

Working in this dynamic and vibrant call centre environment you will have a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a world class experience each and every time they contact the business.

You will proactively deliver a luxury and customer centric experience by developing relationships with all clients in answering queries knowledgeably and effectively.

Job responsibilities

• Ensure the daily operations of the Call Center is smooth and align with the company's business strategy
• Take lead and ownership in delivering a luxury and customer centric experience
• Contribute and assist to achieve all sales & KPI targets
• Develop relationships with clients by handling guests' expectations and needs effectively and efficiently, including problem resolutions
• Work closely with Stores to enhance guests' needs and wants

Profile

• At least 2 years extensive experience in customer services or luxury retail, fresh graduate is also welcomed
• Passionate for the Brand

• Good interpersonal skills
