Job summary

Louis Vuitton is seeking a Client Services Advisor for its Client Services Centre. You will be an ambassador of the Brand, guiding Clients with a luxury, knowledge-driven approach and delivering world-class service in a dynamic call center environment.

You will proactively build relationships, handle queries confidently, and contribute to sales and KPI targets while coordinating with Stores to satisfy guest needs. Flexible shifts including nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in customer services or luxury retail; fresh graduates welcomed.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Strong interpersonal and guest-oriented selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily operations of the Call Center aligned with business strategy.
• Deliver a luxury and customer-centric experience to clients.
• Contribute towards achieving sales and KPI targets.
• Develop relationships with clients by addressing expectations and needs effectively.
