Job summary

Yuantong Marine Service Co. Limited is seeking a capable sales and logistics co-ordinator to manage client relationships, handle RFQs, process orders, and coordinate shipments. You will use ERP and Microsoft Office to keep accurate records and document orders.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. You will work in a fast-paced team, support data entry, invoicing, contracts, and reports while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Science/Engineering related disciplines.
• Experience in sales, shipping, logistics, or related fields is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, patient, and able to work independently.
• Strong team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle client enquiries and RFQ.
• Process orders and data entry, including PO and SO.
• Coordinate logistics arrangements and follow up on order progress.
• Handle troubleshooting and other ad-hoc tasks.
• Use company systems (Microsoft Office, ERP) to manage client data and sales processes.
• Prepare technical documents, contracts, and invoices in compliance with company standards.
