Job summary

EX.IO in Hong Kong is seeking a Relationship Manager open to interns and fresh graduates. You will be the primary contact for clients, building trusted relationships and guiding onboarding while ensuring compliance.

You will collaborate with sales and product teams to develop client acquisition strategies, monitor market developments, and provide timely support and insights to meet client needs. Fresh graduates welcome – training provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, economics, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience in digital currency or financial sector
• Knowledge of digital currency market and industry fundamentals preferred
• Knowledge of Hong Kong financial markets and regulations is a plus
• HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8 or SFC Type 1 license preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build client trust
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns efficiently
• Proven team collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities
• Strong market research and analytical abilities to identify opportunities and competitive advantages
• Proficient basic computer skills, Microsoft Office
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• (Fresh graduates will also be considered.)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships as primary contact.
• Guide clients through onboarding, ensuring compliance with regs and policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account setup.
• Provide prompt, professional support to client inquiries and issues.
• Conduct regular client reviews to measure satisfaction and spot upsell opportunities.
• Partner with sales and product teams to develop client acquisition and retention strategies.
• Monitor industry trends and regulations to provide insights and meet client needs.
• Handle additional projects as assigned.
